Please contact me within: 7 days of delivery & Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details: If there are any issues with your piece I will consider a return at my discretion, or fix any repairs due to shipping damage. If an item is so badly damaged or falling apart, I will allow for customer to choose another piece of jewelry in replacement of damaged item. If you are unhappy with your jewelry for any reason- please let me know and we can try to resolve this !

If you order a ring and it does not fit you, I will not accept a return for this reasoning. It is the customers responsibility to order the correct size- before purchasing any jewelry from me. I always list the size in the item listing- do your homework make sure what you order will fit for you :)

JEWELRY CARE!

All my jewelry is handmade with love! I use Sterling silver, brass and bronze and hand cut stones. Precious metal and stones are sensitive to an array of instances.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your jewelry, avoid wearing it during bathing, swimming, or other tasks that could damage the stone or the silver.

To clean or brighten up your jewelry, use warm soapy water and gently polish with a polishing cloth, which is available at more jewelry stores but you can also find them online.

For longevity, please do not submerge your jewelry underwater for long periods of time, or wear when working with harsh chemicals and cleaning products. Please reach out to me if you have any questions about the metal used in your jewelry and what polishing solution can be used.
