CUSTOM ORDERS

Thank you so much for your interest in creating a custom piece of jewelry !

What is a custom order ? A custom order is a piece of jewelry made specifically for a customer in regards to style, stone, metal type, etc. I will work with the customer to create what it is they are envisioning, but it must be in my style.

Are you currently accepting custom orders ?

YES ! I would love to hear about your ideas, please send me an email about your project and be specific!

DEPOSIT:
A 50% deposit of the total sum owed is expected to be paid before moving forward and proceeding with creating your order. * MEANING * I will not order supplies to start your order, or even continue to plan your order UNTIL the 50% of the full sum is paid. the REMAINDER of the sum will be due upon completion. If you fail to pay the remainder of the balance, you forfeit your deposit and I list the piece for sale on my website.

DURATION:
Custom orders take up to 6 week to create after payment is made.
If you need the item sooner, please let me know in advance and we can work something out for an additional payment.

CUSTOM FEE:

There is a flat custom fee that allows me to communicate with you, send you sketches and ideas, communicate with stone sellers to obtain stone desired for order, special order supplies needed to create your piece, and extra time spent creating a piece of jewelry specifically for you, that is not made on my own will like the other pieces in my shop. I am working on a one of a kind piece of jewelry just for you, chances are we will be communicating lots in regards to what you envision, your ideas, your needs and desires and any other questions you may have. I also love to send my customers process photos, to see the many different stages the jewelry endures before it becomes a beautiful, finished, final product.

STONES:
* I do not accept stones from customers *
I will work with customers to get a stone they love. All of my stones are hand cut by lapidary artists in the U.S.A and I am 100% confident that these stones are top quality and will not break or crack when time for setting comes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on custom orders once they have been completed and sent to the customer.
